If item(s) bought has(have) been sold out or need(s) time to order, customer will be notified individually by phone or email, refund accquring(s) is(are) also accepted.
If item(s) received is(are) damaged, please include full package with the invoice within 7 days, and carry to our shop for determination.
Product exchange within agreement, time needed depends on availability and lead time.
All matters and disputes are subjected to the final decision of IntelliTech System.
